Shipping and Delivery – Stride Oslo

At Stride Oslo, we aim to provide you with a safe and reliable shopping experience.
Below you’ll find our shipping and delivery guidelines:

Delivery Time

• Norway: 1–4 business days from dispatch

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Please note: During launches, promotions, or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Norway:

• Free shipping on orders over NOK 1000

• NOK 79 shipping fee on orders under NOK 1000

Europe:

• Flat rate: NOK 149

Rest of the world:

• Flat rate: NOK 249
  Customs duties and import VAT for deliveries outside Norway may apply and are to be paid by the recipient.
   

Tracking

All shipments are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
 

Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as:

• Bring/Posten

• DHL

• Helt Hjem

(The chosen carrier depends on the destination and shipping method.)

Pickup at Collection Point

If you choose delivery to your nearest collection point, you will receive a notification once your package is ready for pickup.

The standard pickup deadline is 7 days.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a fee of NOK 149 to cover our shipping and handling costs.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package is damaged upon delivery or has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@strideoslo.no.

Delivery to Business Addresses

We also offer delivery to business addresses — please specify this during checkout.
