To initiate an exchange, please visit the link below and follow the guided steps:

1. 1. Fill out our online return form, including your order number (found in your order confirmation email). 

2. Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color are free of charge.

3. Stride Oslo covers the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please register it as a return and choose store  credit as your refund option. Your store credit will be available once we have processed your return, and can be used for any new purchase on our website.

Note: We reserve your exchange order for 14 days.
Please ensure that the item you wish to exchange is sent back to us within 7 days after registering your request, so we can secure the availability of your replacement item.
