How do I know you received my return?

Once we have received your return, we will send out an email that is registered. It can take up to 14-20 working days for a return after it arrived and be processed at our

warehouse.

Then, it can take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to go through to your bank. The refund will be made to the account that was used for the purchase.
