By using and/or making a purchase you agree to the following terms and conditions. please read them before making a purchase.

“You", "costumer” for you as a consumer

Price and payment
All prices are displayed in NOK and includes VAT. Total amount (included shipping) will be charged at checkout when the order is completed. We accept the following payment options: Kort, vipps, paypal.
Order confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is only a confirmation that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel the order/part of it, in any circumstance where a item(s) is/are out of stock by any mistake.
Delivery and shipping
We use helthjem and pakkepost as our carriers. Estimated delivery time is displayed on the website, but please note that it may vary. Shipping cost will be displayed when you have chosen delivery method in the checkout. Stride Oslo is not responsible for any delays in delivery outside of Norway.
Defects and complaints
You have rights under the Consumer Purchase Act if the goods(s) have a defect or fault. A defect exists if the goods(s) do not comply with what the consumer can reasonably expect. The defect/fault must be reported within a reasonable time, no later than 2 months after it is discovered. Complaints about defects/faults apply when the goods(s) do not meet the expectations.
You must notify us before you return the goods(s).

Force majeure
Stride Oslo shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising out of our control. This includes failure or delay caused directly or indirectly by war, attack, natural disasters, fire, government decisions, suppliers can´t deliver, and any other similar situations out of Stride Oslos control.
The seller has every right to stop their obligations during the force-majeure situation lasts. The obligation shall be resumed when the situation ceases.
Change of terms
The website reserves their right to change these general terms. Any changes will be published on the website, and applies when you accept them. We recommend that you kindly keep your self updated on these general terms.
